A sure sign of aging is rigidity of movement. This can show up at 640 or 70. Stooped shoulders and general robotic movements are the giveaway. It can be delayed. Yoga, tai chi, freestyle dancing... anything that flows rewires the brain. You could start with BALANCE. Stand on one leg for 30 seconds. evolve to standing on one leg on tip toe. Then slowly contort your body....
Thinking is rare. We are so focused on our todo lists that we become hypnotised in the moment. We're constantly plugged in to our music, emails, internet, social media, our worries our routines that we don't come up for air and just think.
Nothing worthwhile comes out of routine. New ideas come from moments of disengagement from the treadmill of life. Walking, meditation, day dreaming is when you think about reengineering your life.
