Dream it! Believe it! Execute it! I like this mantra it has both simplicity and common sense of purpose.
Many of us get stuck though. Stuck in a repeating loop. Counter productive thought patterns showing up every time we threaten to leave the relative warmth of our comfort zone.
I doubt anything significant has ever happened in your life that wasn’t preceded by a thought, a dream, a play it forward visualisation of an alternate reality. Some people are talented at continually previewing future desired occurrences and manifesting accordingly. Invariably these are the movers and shakers those that seem to continually produce noteworthy results.
The rest of us stumble occasionally into this rarefied air and marvel at how amazing it is that a thought became a thing in our world as if serendipity really were just dumb luck.
There are few more obvious and verifiable beliefs than that thoughts indeed become things. Pyramids, satellites, dental floss, the Internet, your current haircut, all were preceded by a sequence of thoughts (perhaps your haircut is an exception!)
It has been said that if we were to truly believe in the seemingly impossible we really would be unstoppable. If we accept that our species has been around in pretty much the same packaging for around 200,000 years, then we can imagine that the reality you and I inhabit today would almost literally be impossible to fathom for 99.5% of our ancestral timeline.
Even 200 years ago (99.9% of our species’ timeline) it’s hard to imagine more than a handful of inhabitants conceiving the digital world we take for granted, never mind Nano Technology, or Quantum Mechanics which even most of us mere mortals today struggle to actually believe.
If we wait to believe with conviction that our dreams are possible before commencing with our game plans we may find these ephemeral thoughts dissipating, failing to manifest into anything.
Sometimes the world rewards the foolhardy. Those brave souls who conceived the world as round and such madness as metal traversing the skies at the speed of sound. When we act in the absence of utter belief we give fate the opportunity to lend a hand.
When we start executing on our ideas before we entirely believe in them unicorns start showing up!
