An assumption that there IS a solution to almost any difficulty is what separates successful people from self sabotaged victims. Reprogramming the conditioning of childhood requires a period of conscious decision making. A starting point is to become aware of what questions we ask ourselves.
"Why does xxxx keep happening to me?" is far less useful than "What behaviour do I need to change to produce better future results"
True genius is in the ability to just let go, relax and expect the answers to present.
