My personal Better Version Project commenced in earnest 18 weeks ago. Maybe sharing some tangible outcomes might inspire you to edit or introduce a few habits.
Week 1: Quit Chocolate (was a huge addict 150 + grams a day. Starting wt 90.2 KG)
2: Quit breakfast ( this seemed impossible)
3: time restricted eating: 2 meals 17 hours between last and first. (No hunger, bizzare)
4: Return to the gym after nearly 4 years
5: Am bullet proof coffee ( IQ jumps 20 points! No more brain fog)
6: Welcome Coconut oil
7: Weekly stair lunges, 3 step lunges, 850 steps (No knee pain, baffling!)
8: Magnesium supplements
11: Daily cold showers. Actually amazing
15: Daily Meditation 10-15 mins Weight 76Ks bodyfat 10% lowest ever I m 57. Changing the comfort zone? Very empowering.
